Would love it if internal users can edit client forms - We often get updates from the client and use forms to store data that is ever so changing.

Has your team tried using custom fields in the CRM to store client info like phone number, address, and other custom tags?
You could pair custom fields directly with our Profile Manager app allowing your clients to make these updates themselves directly in the portal.
