We are trying to create folders in a company channel that are visible to specific clients from within the same company.
For example, compny1 - has 6 clients. from them i need 2 of the clients to be able to access all the folders(something like 2 master accounts), and the rest of the clients to view the folder assigned to them only.
we could create separate clients for each of the project. but then, we need the two master account to be able to see all the projects.
is there anything that we could do to ensure each cleint has its own files and messaging up(from the same company) whilst 2 other accounts can see everything?
Clients within the same company can be grouped into a file or message channel.
At the top of the File and Message apps, there is a “+” button. Click this button and select the clients you want to group.
For example, you can group two clients who need access to everything with another client who should only see specific files and messages. Here’s how you might set it up:
Channel A: John, Jane, and Sally
Channel B: John, Jane, and Tom
Channel C: John, Jane, and Mike
If you want John and Jane to have their own file channel, you can group them together, while all other clients would have their own individual file channels.
Please note that clients can only be included in group channels if they are assigned to the same company.
