Limiting Forms list?

Hi!
New user here :slight_smile:

My agency helps busy multi vendor retailers by inputting their purchase orders into Shopify and doing vendor outreach for problem items and orders. Right now we are operating on a notion forms to a notion database that they can view and see status/ day it was submitted/ and a few other niche details. they are filling out the form multiple times a day. trying to consolidate the tech stack and have a single point of truth for clients to communicate with my team quickly and log POs for uploading or vendor issues we need to follow up with! I’m playing around with the internal forms feature in Copilot but I need it to not show a log everytime a form is submitted in the form section as it would get very messy very quickly!

Any ideas on suggestions on a cleaner view in multi use forms?

Hi @Victoria_Winter! We don’t currently have support for further configuration of the Forms app.

If it’s easier to see forms submitted per client, you can do so by clicking into the specific client on the Clients page in the CRM, and then. viewing the Forms tab, which will show only forms submitted by the client.

It sounds like you’re wanting a way to collapse form submissions in the Forms app, or something else? Please let me know what exactly you’d be looking for in this feature and I’ll submit a feature request :slightly_smiling_face:. Thanks!
