Issue with an old contract

Client claims an old contract is still in their portal for signing but on my end its deleted. How do I find out what they see and how to remove it?

You can see all the contracts sent in the “Submissions and Request” tab of the Contract app.

When a contract template is archived, the contracts that have been sent and are pending are not deleted.

To cancel the contract request, you must go to the “Submissions and Request” tab of the Contract app, click the ellipses (…) at the end of the pending contract, and select “Cancel Request.”
