Is there any pipeline in the works to integrate Teamwork.com and Teamwork.com Desk?
Those tools seems to have better implementation in comparison to Monday.com with the added benefit of email integration and better resource and utilization management
Hi Andrew! We don’t have an integration with Teamwork.com on our roadmap right now, but I’d love to better understand what this integration might look like!
Do you want to sync projects, tasks, etc. from Teamwork?
Teamwork.com is for the project management piece and capacity management and Teamwork.com Desk is for Email handling (parses Gmail where each email is a “ticket” that can be assigned to a project).
It would be great to have a internal-app integration with these tools to be accessible in the Copilot Dashboard because I believe these tools fill a capability hole that Copilot has right now.
